Digital Products (Crochet Patterns & Downloads)Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

Handmade Plushies Each plushie is handmade to order with care. As such, all plushie sales are final and we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Wearables All wearable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
